Interpersonal relationships: Relationships play a crucial role in our well-being. In this group, you'll explore ways to improve your communication skills and cultivate healthy, rewarding relationships.
Emotional self-regulation: Learn to better understand and manage your emotions. Our group will help you develop emotional self-regulation skills, promoting inner balance and resilience.
Self-esteem and confidence: Self-confidence is the foundation of a fulfilling life. Join this group to strengthen your self-esteem, cultivate self-confidence and adopt a positive view of yourself.
At our meetings, you'll benefit from a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical group exercises. These exercises are designed to help you apply the concepts discussed to your everyday life. Outside the sessions, you'll also have the opportunity to participate in personal exercises, reinforcing your commitment to your well-being.
